Agent Card and MCP reference reviewed directly. Anonymous initialize/tools/list returned 200. No discovery tool, registration or messaging action executed. Discovery reads need no auth, while writes and inbox access require apiToken. verify_agent can register or rotate credentials, so it is not merely a read-only check. Protocol availability and listed declarations do not demonstrate downstream task success.
