Who provides the service
ToolSkipper is operated by Mehmet Emin Ozyigit, an individual based in England, United Kingdom. ToolSkipper is a trading name, not a separate limited company. The same individual operates Velunoq; these terms cover ToolSkipper only. Contact contact@toolskipper.com for support, complaints or rights concerns.
What ToolSkipper does
We provide a directory, discovery APIs, connection guidance and limited optional task and benchmark features. Listings, source checks, domain claims, connection observations and task evidence each have the scope and date shown. They are not a security certification, an endorsement of every provider claim, or a guarantee of performance, accuracy, pricing or availability. Check current provider terms and documentation before relying on a service. ToolSkipper does not provide legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Eligibility and your account
The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Use accurate account and submission information, and protect your sign-in and discovery credentials. If you act for an organisation, you must be authorised to do so. A discovery key does not authorise provider execution or access to another user’s records. Your agent must act within the authority you give it; connecting an agent does not grant unlimited authority to spend or submit private data.
Providers, tasks and costs
External services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, authentication requirements and charges. A listing or setup guide does not connect an account or form a partnership. Current optional task routes require an explicit request and the access checks described in the interface; do not send confidential information, personal documents, credentials or signed private links. Verify returned content before acting on it. ToolSkipper does not currently sell subscriptions, accept provider payments or spend funds on your behalf. If paid features are introduced, prices, applicable purchase terms and any cancellation rights will be shown before purchase; these terms do not authorise future charges.
Permitted automated use
Human and agent discovery through public pages and documented APIs is welcome within published limits. Respect robots rules and provider terms. Do not bypass authentication, quotas, access controls or payment requirements; disrupt services; scrape private account data; submit malware, secrets, unlawful content or misleading claims; or impersonate providers. If you identify a security problem, report it through our contact page using minimal evidence and stop before accessing someone else’s data.
Your submissions and our catalogue
Keep rights to your original submissions. By submitting service information for review, you give the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, review, edit for clarity and publish that information as part of ToolSkipper and its discovery interfaces. This permission is limited to operating and presenting the directory; it is not a licence to sell your private contact details. Submit only material you have the right to share. Optional contact emails remain private as described in the privacy notice.
We may decline, correct or remove listings and review submissions for accuracy, safety and rights concerns. We do not promise publication, ranking, traffic or commercial results. Public-source facts may be maintained independently of a submission; personal-data requests remain subject to applicable law. Provider marks and third-party materials remain their owners’ property. Registry data and software retain their own licences. Our APIs do not grant ownership of third-party content or permission to misuse a provider’s service.
Corrections and rights reports
Email contact@toolskipper.com with the relevant ToolSkipper page, the disputed material, your reason and sufficient evidence of your authority where relevant. We review reports and may correct or restrict content while investigating. Do not include unnecessary personal information. Reporting does not automatically prove a violation; we consider legitimate competing rights and applicable legal duties.
Availability and restrictions
We take reasonable care in operating the service, but software, sources and providers can change or fail. Features may be limited or suspended for security, misuse, maintenance or legal reasons. Where reasonably practicable and lawful, we explain material restrictions and offer a way to contact us. Any applicable statutory access, complaint and data rights remain available. You can stop using the service and use the account data controls or contact us.
Responsibility and your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where consumer law applies, your rights to reasonable care and skill and other mandatory remedies remain intact. We do not exclude responsibility merely because a loss involves a third-party provider.
Subject to those protections and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or the suitability of every listing for your purpose. For business users only, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or goodwill, to the extent the exclusion is lawful and reasonable. For consumers, responsibility is assessed under applicable law, including rules on reasonably foreseeable loss. There is no blanket waiver of all liability, automatic indemnity or waiver of privacy rights.
Governing law, complaints and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction; this does not deprive a consumer of the right to use a competent local court. Contact us to raise a complaint; doing so does not prevent access to courts or a competent regulator. There is no mandatory private arbitration clause.
We date changes and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Changes do not remove accrued rights or retrospectively authorise new charges or optional data processing. No specific ranking, partnership or commercial outcome arises from using ToolSkipper.
